The 4 Step Process of Making Award-Winning Wine

Scheduled from September through October, you will learn how to crush and de-stem grapes. This is the start of the primary fermentation.

Following fermentation you will press your in a state of the art stainless steel bladder press.  Barrels are prepared and filled. Your wine is then stored in our climate controlled warehouse

 

This step includes removing the lees (sediment), cleaning the barrels and topping them off. This is generally scheduled in January or February
The final step, scheduled in August, culminates with the filtering, bottling, corking, and capsuling of your wine. Our automated bottling and corking equipment makes the job easy. Your personalized labels will be distributed at this time
